CLE Information
MCLE Accreditation will be requested for this program from every state (including California and Pennsylvania) with mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) requirements for lawyers. Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definition of 'CLE.' Attorneys seeking to obtain MCLE credit in Pennsylvania are required to pay state accreditation fees directly to the Pennsylvania CLE Board (PACLE).

Q: What forms do I need to gain credit?
A: A "Uniform Certificate of Attendance" along with a
"How to Get the Most MCLE Credit" form will give all processing directions.
A: Unless you are a New York or Delaware attorney,
you only need to sign in once for the entire conference.
A: Course materials are made availabe on CD-ROM. If you would like a printed copy of the course materials, you must indicate this at the time of registration.
